Welcome
My name is Montaque Reynolds. I am currently a PhD candidate in the philosophy department at Saint Louis University. Well before I began to study philosophy, I spent many years pursuing a career performing popular music which I think I am happy to say, did not go very well. I think that on the surface of it, I was more interested in what music meant, than I ever was in how well it might be performed. I often now, as I did then, find myself enjoying music which many may justly call objectively bad. Luckily then I guess, my current interests have evolved to include moral psychology, meta- and sentimentalist ethics, especially as these might relate to music.
